Minimum rental time is 5 nights in high season, 4nights outside of high season. Day of
The rental fee includes rent, electricity, watercost, cabelTV, Wifi, and cleaning. Bedlinen and
towels (1 piece / person / week) are provided.
Additonal fee: tourist tax (obligatory for every person over 18 years) is 450.- HUF / person
/ day and has to be paid separately
The number of guests will be confirmed in advance, no unconfirmed guests are allowed to
stay at the apartments
Smoking is forbidden in the apartments.
Extra bed: 3500 HUF / free of charge for children under 3. /At each accommodation bed linen, towels (1 piece / person / week), cable TV, fully
equipped kitchen, barbecue, garden furniture are available
Pets are not allowed.
We can provide a crate, extra bed, feeding chairs free of charge if requested in advance.
How to book the apartment?
You can book the apartment trough our website by sending a booking request.
After processing your booking request we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the
exact dates of your booking and the necessary information to initiate the transfer of the
Payment and deadlines of payment
The booking rate is 20.000 HUF, or 70.-EUR which has to be paid within 8 days via banktransfer. If the booking
fee is we received, your booking is finalised. If the booking fee does not arrive within 15 days
to our account, the booking request will be cancelled automatically.
The remaining rent can be paid by bank transfer at least 10 days before arrival .
We take a deposit of either 80 EUR or 20.000 HUF in cash at the day of arrival. You will
receive a receipt of this amount of money.
On the day of departure this deposit will be returned in case no damages have arousen
during your stay. In case any damages occured during your stay, the cost of the repair will
be reduced from the deposit fee.
In the event of an emergency due to the coronavirus, the booking can be canceled at least 15 days before the start of the holiday, in which case the booking deposit will be refunded.
