Rental conditions 2024

Please read the following information before booking your vacation!

ARRIVAL DEPARTURE

The rental property can be occupied on the day of arrival between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., on the last day of your vacation we ask you to leave the rental property by 10:00 a.m. If you are unable to arrive on time due to unexpected difficulties, please notify us by SMS at the telephone number given on the confirmation of your estimated time of arrival. Available periods: May 1th - September 25th, 2023 The high season lasts from July 6nd, 2024 to August 25th, 2024. Minimum rental period: 5 nights. Arrival day: Saturday

The rent includes accommodation, electricity, water, bed linen, air conditioning and cleaning. The visitor's tax (over 18 years of age) is 500 HUF / person / day, which is to be paid in addition to the room rate. No more than the number of people specified in the confirmation may stay in the rental property. The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Extra bed: 3,500 HUF / day, up to 3 years free. / In the property there is: bed linen, towels (1 piece / person / week), cable TV, wifi, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, garden grill, garden furniture. We provide a travel cot and high chair (1 piece) free of charge upon prior request, How do I book a holiday home? After processing your booking we will send you an email with the exact details of your vacation and the information you will need to make a bank transfer.

How is the payment made?

The deposit is HUF 20,000. Payment can be made by bank transfer. The remaining rent and the resort fee can be paid at the time of booking by bank transfer or in cash. Credit or debit card payments are not possible.

Payment terms:

The booking fee must be paid by bank transfer within 8 days of the confirmation email. If the booking fee is not received by the 15th day after confirmation, the booking will be canceled. We will send for you a confirmation email. The remaining amount of the rental price and the resort fee must be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the holiday by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

How can I pay the deposit?

The deposit must be paid in cash to the owner when the keys are handed over. The deposit is 100 euros or 30,000 forints. How do I get my deposit back? The deposit will be refunded by the owner when the keys are handed over against a receipt, provided everything is in order. Damage and defects caused will be deducted from the deposit.

GUEST NOTIFICATION ON MANDATORY RECORDING OF PERSONAL DATA

Dear Guest,

We hereby inform you that in accordance with applicable laws* as of 1st September 2021, the personal data required by law of every guest procuring accommodation services in Hungary shall be recorded in the Property Management System (PMS), through a ID scanner, and be transmitted to a storage space, the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA in Hungarian).

 

Data to be recorded:

  • first and last name;

  • first and last name at birth;

  • place of birth;

  • date of birth;

  • biological sex of the guest;

  • nationality;

  • mother’s maiden first and last name (if it is on the identification document);

  • identification data of personal identification document or travel document;

  • in case of third-country nationals** number of visa or residence permit, and date and place of entry to Hungary.

 

For the purposes of data recording, guests using the accommodation service shall present their personal ID card, driver’s license or travel documents suitable for verifying their identity to the accommodation service provider. Accommodation service providers shall deny the provision of the accommodation service in the absence of presentation of the document. Pursuant to authorisation by law, accommodation service providers are entitled to ask for the personal identification document of the guests and guests must comply with this request.
